You can't even go to the company's website for the real postings. A former employer of mine kept up listings they never intended to fill just to keep up the paperwork for H1B visa employees. In other words, they kept a listing up to prove they couldn't find any qualified candidates who were citizens and thus needed the H1B visa to fill the position. How true.
